A person who thinks all the time

Has nothing to think about except thoughts

So he loses touch with reality

And lives in a world of illusions

By thoughts I mean specifically Chatter in the skull

Perpetual and compulsive repetition of words

Of reckoning and calculating
精明算计
I'm not saying that thinking is bad
我不是说思考是件坏事
Like everything else
凡事都一样
It's useful in moderation
适度有分寸就有好处
A good servant but a bad master
思维是个好帮手 但不能让它左右我们的生活
And all so called civilized peoples
所谓的文明民族
Have increasingly become crazy and self destructive
已经逐渐陷入混乱 开始自我摧毁
Because through excessive thinking
因为思虑过度
The have lost touch with reality
就会与现实脱节
That to say

We confuse signs
我们会分不清
With the real world
现实与假象
This is the beginning of meditation
冥想也由此开始
Most of us would have
相比有形的财富
Rather money than tangible wealth
大部分人更想拥有实打实的钞票
And a great occasion is somehow spoiled
不知为何 重大场合 若不拍照留念
For us unless photographed
似乎就失去了意义
And to read about it the next day in the newspaper
第二天在报纸上看活动报道
Is oddly more fun for us than the original event
对我们来说 似乎比活动本身更有趣
This is a disaster
这一点真的糟糕不堪
For as a result of confusing the real world
因为我们始终分不清
Of nature with mere signs
现实与假象
We are destroying nature
我们一直在泯灭天性
We are so tied up in our minds
我们被思绪围困
That we've lost our senses
彻底失去理智
Time to wake up
是时候觉醒了
What is reality
什么是现实
Obviously no one can say
显而易见 没人说得清
Because it isn't words
因为它不是确切的语言
It isn't material that's just an idea
也不是有形的物质 只是一种观念
Reality is

The point cannot be explained in words

I'm not trying to put you down
我不是要小看你
It's an expression of you as you are
可这就是你的真实写照
One must live
人必须努力生活
We need to survive to go on
我们要攻克难关 一往无前
We must go on
我们一定要一往无前
